I thought you might like to know that I am currently on a weight loss journey and I have managed to lose some weight only for me to put it back on again. It's not easy by any stretch of the imagination, but I am determined to shift some weight as it will help increase my self esteem and confidence. It will also improve my health and fitness. So, therefore I need to exercise more, but I am suffering with depression a lot lately, so I pray to Buddha for guidance and inspiration and also to heal me from past trauma.

Just to give you a latest update about my album music project. Unfortunately, my Record Producer - Mark Wheawill is suffering from ill health since August last year when he was diagnosed with Crohn's/IBD, so has been unable to help produce my debut album.
